RIA was established in 2023 to create synergy among our member insurance agencies. At the core of RIA’s mission is the empowerment of our clients. With office locations in Troy, Michigan; Macomb, Michigan; and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, we are strategically positioned to serve our clients effectively.

Mitzel Agency was established in 1923 and has over 100 years of insurance experience. For four generations, the family-owned and operated agency has provided insurance services and surety bonds to clients in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.

The Roots Insurance Agency, established in 2017, is a full-service insurance agency providing personal and commercial insurance, as well as group benefits solutions. The team at Roots has developed insurance expertise and resources in various niche commercial industries with insureds across the country.
